Career planning – a journey from ‘having Potential’ to ‘building capability’.

How many times have we done to our desk to plan a successful career? When you feel the next time, just try some of these tips.
Career planning is a conglomerate of several successful short tours carefully planned where each tour starts from the person has a potential "stage" for the capacity. "Let's see how we can break the thought.

Many times we can not interpret the potential of the word. If someone tells you that you have a good potential, it just means we're on the right track, but are not there. Many times on our laurels and forget at this time to go further and build capacity.

To begin, it is important for us to know our potential. For example, if someone says, has the potential to become a good manager does not mean you're a good administrator. It just means that you have the qualities to become a manager. Any work that person ends up where he said his work is just beginning. Now you have to nurture the potential and acquire the necessary maturity to handle a management position.

This simply means they have the potential not going to help, but you have to work to build capacity in you. Until then, you are an inmate. It's as good as a person, alone with her imaginative capacity does not become an architect, he has the ability to build learning skills through a well designed architecture course.

You should never try to venture into an area where they have potential. To identify areas of potential is very important. The human race has been created with the diverse nature so that each has a specific role to play. The key is to identify the role it should play in his career.

If you end up doing work that you disagree with your abilities, your life will be nothing short of a disaster. This is true as long as you have good position. Similarly, if you work where you can add value, you can enjoy every bit of his professional life. This is true regardless of the type of work you do.

Now let's see how to increase capacity. The experience with the right skills is what defines its capacity. The path of the potential has to do with feeding their potential in line with the end result, ie the "ability to take the form of building knowledge through appropriate experience."

Here, the only variable is the level of experience you can get. The experience varies according to two factors
1. Availability of opportunities
2. Alertness to seize the opportunity.

The good news is that if one is alert, the potential will come to your door. Or in other words, we fail to recognize the opportunities that are knocking on our door, simply because they are not alert. While the opportunity is not a random factor, which is also a factor in the monitoring and acceptance.

In short, if you're smart, they will use the opportunity available to efficiently and demonstrate that success has to do with the objective of;
1. Identifying potential and every opportunity
2. The perseverance and focus to take the opportunity and the potential to feed
3. Strengthen the capacity of the experience of the right exposure and experience

So beware! Opportunity is already in our steps toward the door. Its short distance from the potential to start right now!
